You may NEVER "SPAM" anyone in order to send traffic to our
sites. Spamming is illegal. "SPAM" is unsolicited email and newsgroup postings
etc. and if you break our "No SPAM" policy you will immediately be TERMINATED
from our partnership program permanently and any and all of the monies
due to you will be considered void.
NO EXCEPTIONS! Please abide by all laws!
You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in our program.
You may only use the banners that we provide in the banner farm. DO
NOT make your own banner to promote our site. We have strict guidelines
for what goes on our banners and the only ones to use are the ones that
we provide to you.
You may NOT hot link any of our banners from our server. If you do,
your account will be terminated without pay.
We HIGHLY recommend that you also place descriptive text next to the
banner. The more creative and the more visible the text the better your
results will be.
You may get creative with your text links HOWEVER you may never use
dishonest practices or verbiage. You may NOT use text links that refer
to child porn, bestiality, rape, incest, celebrities or any other illegal,
misleading or copyrighted words or personalities.
You may not place banners or text links on ANY page that contains actual
or simulated depictions of bestiality or child pornography. ALSO, you may
not place our banners or link from pages which contain advertisements for
bestiality or child pornography. We WILL NOT partner with webmasters who
break the law! This policy exists to protect you and us. If you break the
law or associate with those who break the law, your partnership will be
immediately terminated and all monies due to you will be considered "void"
and you will receive NO further payouts.
If you, or anyone you know outside of the internet, signup to
one of our sites using your linking code, we will consider your account
to be fraudelent and you will not be paid.
If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent
hits or sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
We monitor all hits and sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely.
Any webmaster found cheating on our partnership program will be terminated
immediately without pay. We will also actively pursue any and all legal
actions available to recover any amounts previously paid. We are represented
by legal counsel.
We are not responsible for loss or downtime of servers.
We reserve the right to end our partnership for low quality traffic.
Low quality traffic is when you have less than 1 sign up in 1000 unique
clicks. This saves bandwidth from those who attempt to send low quality
traffic by means that are not allowed such as SPAM, newsgroup posting,
TGP, Wares and Hack Sites.
We reserve the right to terminate your account if it is idle for
more than 30 days.
We reserve the right to terminate any account at anytime without notice.
This program pays $35.00 per sign-up or 60% initial and recurring
on all sign ups through CCBill.. This program also pays 5 percent of the
gross CCBill sales of a webmaster that is referred through the specified
webmaster referral linking code.
We reserve the right to alter or modify the Terms and Conditions at
any time without prior notice to Webmasters. It is your responsibility
to refer to this document from time to time so that you may be informed
of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, for any reason,
without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately
and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time.
